Attention all Racecar Drivers and Team Owners. After several months of reviews and extensive consolation with Racers and Track Personnel, we have decided that any team that parks in the upper pits will now be given three(3) laps to change a tire under caution. This decision was solely made in the interest of safety due to the distance drivers have to travel from the track, to their pit stall, and then returning to the track. With this extra lap, there will be zero tolerance for speeding in the pits when changing a tire. Any team parked in the lower pits will remain at two(2) laps to change a tire under caution.
